By using findaname.app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
findaname.app is an AI-powered name suggestion tool. Name suggestions are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) and are provided for inspiration only. We make no warranty that any suggested name is unique, available as a trademark, suitable for legal registration, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for conducting your own research before using any name.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for abuse, or are associated with fraudulent activity.
Paid plans (Plus and Premium) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown in GBP inclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your paid features until then.

You agree not to:
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits by technical means
Use the service to generate names for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes
Share account credentials or resell access to the service
Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in bulk
Use automated tools to generate names at scale without prior written permission
The findaname.app platform, branding, and code are owned by Wrighthand Ltd, trading as findaname.app. AI-generated name suggestions are not copyrightable and are provided without exclusivity — the same names may be suggested to other users. We claim no ownership over names you save or use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, findaname.app and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Name suggestions are generated by an AI language model. They may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. We review our prompts regularly but cannot guarantee the suitability of every output. If you encounter an inappropriate suggestion, please report it via our contact page.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
